A one-hour discussion of the most important issues facing lawyers moving their practices, the firms they leave behind, and the firms they join. For most lawyers, moving from one practice to another may be the most important professional decision they make, and substantive law and ethics rules create obligations and traps many lawyers have never seen before. This discussion will explore those obligations and traps in depth.
